1. Discord support
The fastest support path is the official SQWARE Discord community.
Join support: discord.sqware.gg
When you ask for help, include the relevant server IP, listing name, order context, and any error message you see. Future-you will thank present-you for screenshots.
2. Account recovery and password issues
Use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page to request a secure reset email. Reset links expire automatically and can only be used once.
- Include the email address tied to the account.
- Do not send your password to anyone.
- If you cannot receive the reset email, contact support through Discord with your account email and relevant order or listing context.
3. Listings, approvals, and moderation
For listing issues, include your server IP, listing title, and what needs review. Common requests include ownership verification, pending review questions, listing edits, and public page corrections.
- Submit Server is where new listings begin.
- Owners can use the dashboard after sign-in to manage their platform activity.
- If a listing was moderated or removed, support may ask for additional proof or context before restoring it.
4. Hosting, billing, and checkout issues
For hosting orders or payment questions, include your plan name, server name, and the approximate time the issue happened. If checkout failed, mention whether the problem happened before payment, during provider checkout, or after returning to SQWARE.
Billing for paid services may be handled through Stripe or another provider, so some issues may require matching your request to provider checkout or order metadata before support can help.
5. Privacy, abuse, and legal requests
For privacy, legal, infringement, or safety reports, start through official SQWARE support and clearly label the request. Include URLs, listing identifiers, screenshots, timestamps, and the specific action you are requesting where possible.
