Terms & Conditions

1. What is allowed

In this policy, "SQWARE," "we," "us," and "our" refer to SQWARE.

You may use SQWARE to browse servers, create an account, submit and manage legitimate listings, promote qualifying services, access optional paid services, sell eligible digital goods through SQWARE storefronts, and otherwise use the platform in a lawful, honest, and non-abusive way.

2. What is not allowed

  • Breaking the law, facilitating unlawful activity, or using SQWARE to support fraud, theft, scams, or deceptive business practices.
  • Impersonating a person, team, community, or server you do not control or have authority to represent.
  • Posting materially false, misleading, or bait-and-switch listing information, including fake player counts, fake ownership claims, or fabricated endorsements.
  • Uploading, linking to, or distributing malware, credential theft tools, exploit kits, ransomware, malicious launchers, or other harmful code or payloads.
  • Attempting to bypass security, authorization, rate limits, moderation, payment controls, or other platform restrictions.
  • Excessive scraping, automated abuse, denial-of-service activity, spam, or any behavior that materially harms platform stability or user experience.
  • Using storefronts to sell fake, non-deliverable, undisclosed, misleading, or bait-and-switch digital goods, or encouraging buyers to bypass SQWARE checkout for the same listed offer.
  • Manipulating refunds, chargebacks, payment reviews, delivery confirmations, or payout workflows, including fabricating evidence or suppressing relevant support information.
  • Harassment, hate, doxxing, threats, violent extremism, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or other abusive conduct or material.
  • Using SQWARE in a way that infringes intellectual property rights, publicity rights, privacy rights, or contractual restrictions.

3. Content standards for listings and public submissions

  • Content should be relevant to the server, plugin, service, or opportunity being published.
  • Descriptions should not contain malicious links, deceptive claims, or content meant primarily to manipulate ranking, search, or click-through rates.
  • Public-facing content must not include confidential personal information, payment card information, private credentials, or sensitive security data.
  • Images, text, branding, names, and logos must be used with the necessary rights or permissions.
  • SQWARE may restrict formatting, links, promotional tactics, repetitive text, or other presentation elements where needed for platform clarity, safety, or abuse prevention.

Platform-friendly rule of thumb: if a reasonable player would feel tricked, spammed, endangered, or sent somewhere sketchy, it probably does not belong here.

4. Commerce and storefront rules

  • Package names, descriptions, pricing, and imagery must accurately describe what the buyer receives.
  • You must not promise benefits you cannot actually deliver, including limited-time perks, ranks, cosmetics, crate keys, virtual currency, one-time consumables, or access levels that do not exist, are materially misleading, or are not configured correctly.
  • You must clearly disclose material conditions and limitations, including randomness, crate or loot mechanics, single-use behavior, wipe risk, expiry, server-rule dependencies, or other facts that could reasonably affect a buyer’s decision or refund review.
  • You must not use SQWARE storefronts to sell prohibited goods, illegal items, malware, account theft tools, gambling schemes that violate law, or content that would expose buyers or the platform to clear legal or safety risks.
  • You must reasonably assist SQWARE in resolving delivery failures, refund requests, payment disputes, and abuse investigations related to your storefront activity.
  • You must not falsify delivery logs, fabricate gameplay or entitlement evidence, backdate package changes, delete relevant records after a dispute begins, or coach buyers on how to evade SQWARE support or payment-provider review.
  • You must not use account sharing, alt accounts, disposable payment methods, or coordinated player behavior to manufacture false non-delivery, unauthorized-purchase, or chargeback claims.
  • SQWARE may remove packages, pause storefront sales, disable payout eligibility, or retain transaction records where needed to protect buyers, investigate abuse, or comply with law or payment-provider requirements.

5. Copyright, trademarks, and rights claims

Do not submit content you do not have the right to use. If you believe content on SQWARE infringes your rights, contact SQWARE through the official support channels with enough detail for us to review the claim. We may remove or restrict content while investigating, and we may terminate repeat infringers or abusive rights claimants as appropriate.

6. Enforcement

SQWARE may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including refusing publication, editing formatting, removing content, limiting visibility, disabling links, suspending features, canceling promotions, placing holds on orders, reversing or withholding payouts, suspending storefronts, or suspending or terminating accounts.

We are not required to issue a warning first, especially where immediate action is reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, chargeback response, legal compliance, technical integrity, or platform protection. Where we reasonably suspect fraud, payment abuse, or deliberate misrepresentation, we may preserve evidence, cooperate with payment providers, and refer the matter to appropriate authorities or pursue other lawful remedies.

7. Reports, review, and appeals

If you believe content or behavior violates this policy, report it using the official SQWARE support methods. If action is taken on your content or account and you believe it was incorrect, you may request review through the same support channels. We may ask for additional context or verification before reversing a decision.
